通过老年综合评估（CGA）各维度明确老年结直肠癌（CRC）患者营养不良的发生情况，整合风险管理理论明确其影响因素 。构建并验证一套基于CGA多维度的老年CRC患者营养不良风险预测模型，为临床早期识别高风险人群及制定个性化营养干预方案提供科学、客观的理论依据，旨在降低并发症发生率，改善患者预后及生存质量 。  

Objectives of Study：

To determine the prevalence of malnutrition among elderly colorectal cancer (CRC) patients through various dimensions of Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) and identify influencing factors by integrating risk management theory. This study aims to construct and validate a multi-dimensional risk prediction model based on CGA for malnutrition in elderly CRC patients. The findings will provide a scientific and objective basis for early clinical identification of high-risk individuals and the formulation of personalized nutritional intervention strategies, ultimately aiming to reduce complication rates and improve patient prognosis and quality of life.

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合《中国结直肠癌诊疗规范（2023版）》并通过病理学检查确诊为结直肠癌的患者 。 2. 年龄 ≥ 60岁 。 3.沟通无障碍，能独立或在协助下完成老年综合评估（CGA）的患者 。 4.自愿参加本研究并签署知情同意书 。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer according to the Chinese Protocol for Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition) and confirmed by pathological examination. 2. Age >= 60 years. 3. Patients with no communication barriers who can complete the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA) independently or with assistance. 4. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.合并严重急危重症或终末期疾病（如严重心力衰竭、肾衰竭、肝衰竭等） 。 2.存在严重精神疾病或明显认知障碍，无法配合调查者 。 3.近期（3个月内）接受过系统性营养干预或重大手术治疗者 。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe acute/critical illnesses or end-stage diseases (e.g., severe heart failure, renal failure, liver failure, etc.). 2. Patients with severe mental illness or significant cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the investigation. 3. Patients who have received systemic nutritional intervention or major surgical treatment recently (within the last 3 months).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例报告表 (CRF)： 本研究首先采用纸质版病例报告表（CRF）进行原始数据记录。CRF内容包括一般资料调查表、NRS-2002量表及老年综合评估（CGA）相关量表（ADLs/IADLs、FFP、MFS、MMSE、GDS、SAS、SSRS、SARC-F） 。 数据管理与电子采集： 纸质数据收集完成后，由两名研究人员独立将数据双份录入 Excel 数据库进行核实 。随后，脱敏后的数据将上传至电子采集管理系统（如 ResMan 或课题组指定的电子化管理平台）进行结构化存储、逻辑校验及后续统计分析 。数据库设有访问权限，通过加密技术严格保护受试者隐私 。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Report Form (CRF): Initial data will be recorded using paper-based Case Report Forms (CRF). The CRF includes general information questionnaires, the NRS-2002 scale, and various scales for the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), such as ADLs/IADLs, FFP, MFS, MMSE, GDS, SAS, SSRS, and SARC-F. Data Management and EDC: After paper-based collection, two researchers will independently perform double data entry into an Excel database for verification. De-identified data will then be uploaded to an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system (e.g., ResMan or a platform designated by the research group) for structured storage, logic checks, and statistical analysis. The database is access-controlled and utilizes encryption to strictly protect participant privacy.
