1、验证CAPG诱导M1巨噬细胞极化抵抗BA肝纤维化。 2、验证CAPG通过抑制铁死亡诱导M1巨噬细胞极化。 3、临床验证BA与铁死亡和巨噬细胞极化的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To validate that CAPG induces M1 macrophage polarization to attenuate biliary atresia (BA)-associated liver fibrosis. 2. To validate that CAPG induces M1 macrophage polarization by inhibiting ferroptosis. 3. To clinically validate the association of biliary atresia (BA) with ferroptosis and macrophage polarization.

Inclusion criteria

Meets the diagnostic criteria for biliary atresia.

排除标准：

合并其他遗传代谢病和肝胆结构异常的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Combined other genetic metabolic diseases and diseases with hepatobiliary structural abnormalities.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例记录表，录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双击录入，之后对数据库进行两边比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Baced on the original observation records, researchers will completely write accurate data into case record form in time. Input the data into corresponding database system by special researchers with two computers respectively. After that, researchers compare two database twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
