研究目的:

构建并验证新护士工作塑造培训方案在提升新护士工作塑造水平及临床适应能力方面的有效性,为医院护士分层培训体系优化提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study:

To construct and validate the effectiveness of the new nurse job orientation training program in enhancing the job orientation skills and clinical adaptability of new nurses, and to provide a scientific basis for the optimization of the hospital's nurse stratified training system.

纳入标准:

1. 注册护士,医院内从事临床工作的护理人员; 2. 全职状态,从事临床护理工作3个月以上不满3年; 3. 身体和心理健康状况良好。

Inclusion criteria

1. Registered nurses providing clinical care within a hospital setting; 2. Employed full-time, with clinical nursing experience of more than 3 months but less than 3 years; 3. In good physical and mental health status.

排除标准:

1. 同时参与其他研究项目; 2. 进修护士。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Concurrent participation in other research studies. 2. Trainee Nurses.

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

随机分配序列将使用SPSS 27.0软件生成,使用工作塑造量表将研究人群分为高、中、低。纳入中和低的人群,每个分层中,将使用随机数以1:1的比例将参与者分配到干预组或对照组,尽量减少选择偏差。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The random allocation sequence will be generated using SPSS software (version 27.0). Using the Job Crafting Scale, the study population will be categorized into high, medium, and low levels. Participants identified as medium and low will be enrolled. Within each of these strata, participants will be allocated to either the intervention or control group in a 1:1 ratio using computer-generated random numbers to minimize selection bias.
