研究目的：

1. 明确层级结构特征与听理解功能子项的相关性，揭示大脑亚区参与语言加工的模式机制。 2. 筛选影像学检测指标，确定敏感性和特异性均较高的听理解功能标志物。 3. 明确卒中后失语症听理解障碍的神经康复机制，为制定个体化康复方案提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Clarify the correlation between hierarchical structural features and subcomponents of listening comprehension to reveal the pattern mechanisms of brain subregions involved in language processing. 2. Screen imaging detection indicators to identify listening comprehension biomarkers with both high sensitivity and specificity. 3. Clarify the neural rehabilitation mechanisms of listening comprehension disorders after post-stroke aphasia, providing a theoretical basis for formulating individualized rehabilitation plans.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床诊断为脑梗死、并经头颅CT或MRI检查确诊，诊断标准需符合《中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南 2018》；
2.本次发病为脑卒中首次发作，且病情稳定，病程1-3个月；
3.年龄范围：18-75岁；
4.教育年限：≥6年；
5.母语：汉语；
6.存在失语：西方失语成套测验 (Western Aphasia Battery, WAB)的失语商 (aphasia quotient，AQ) <93.8；
7.存在听理解障碍：经WAB判定属于Wernicke失语；
8.标准中文版利手评价表提示右利手，即优势半球为左半球；

Inclusion criteria

1.Clinical diagnosis is cerebral infarction, confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination. The diagnostic criteria must comply with the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018". 2.This onset is the first occurrence of a stroke, and the condition is stable, with a course of 1-3 months; 3.Age range: 18-75 years; 4.Years of education: >= 6 years; 5.Native language: Chinese; 6.Presence of Aphasia: Aphasia quotient (AQ) of the Western Aphasia Battery (WAB) <93.8; 7.There is a listening comprehension disorder: determined to be Wernicke's aphasia according to WAB; 8.The standard Chinese version of the handedness evaluation form indicates a right-handed preference, meaning the dominant hemisphere is the left hemisphere;

排除标准：

1.既往存在视觉、听觉障碍，或既往有痴呆、言语障碍等神经精神疾病；
2.既往存在酒精或精神活性药物滥用史；
3.入组时存在广泛的认知功能受损，无法配合神经心理学量表检查；
4.成人失用量表 (Apraxia Battery for Adults) 检查确认存在言语失用；
5.常规磁共振序列检查发现无症状性脑卒中等陈旧性神经系统病灶；
6.存在磁共振检查禁忌如体内植入金属物、幽闭恐惧症等；

Exclusion criteria：

1.There is a history of visual or auditory impairments, or a history of neurological and psychiatric disorders such as dementia or speech disorders;
2.History of alcohol or psychoactive substance abuse;
3.There was widespread cognitive impairment at enrolment, making it impossible to cooperate with neuropsychological scale assessments;

5.Conventional MRI sequences revealed asymptomatic brain infarctions and other old neurological lesions;
6.There are contraindications for MRI examinations, such as implanted metal devices or claustrophobia;
