研究目的：

探索构建眼内活动性结核感染的“生物学指标-眼部体征-多模态影像”相结合的临床诊疗路径，指导临床早期识别眼内活动性结核感染并及时给予诊断性抗结核治疗，对于深入认识结核所致眼内疾病并推动眼内结核早期防治具有重要的临床意义。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the construction of a clinical diagnostic and therapeutic pathway for intraocular active tuberculosis infection, integrating biological indicators, ocular signs, and multimodal imaging. It aims to guide the clinical early identification of intraocular active tuberculosis infection and prompt the timely administration of diagnostic anti-tuberculosis treatment. This research holds great clinical significance for advancing the in-depth understanding of tuberculosis-induced intraocular diseases and promoting the early prevention and treatment of intraocular tuberculosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄满18周岁；
2.T-SPOT.TB检验结果阳性，有明确的阳性斑点数记录，临床高度怀疑眼内结核患者；
3.临床资料完整可追溯：完成眼科专科查体、排除病因的实验室检查项目、眼科多模态影像学检查等；
4.至少完成了1次门诊复查随访。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18 years or older;
2.Patients with positive T-SPOT.TB test results, clear records of positive spot counts, and clinically highly suspected of intraocular tuberculosis;
3.Complete and traceable clinical data: completion of ophthalmic specialist physical examination, laboratory tests for etiological exclusion, ophthalmic multimodal imaging examinations, etc.;
4.Completion of at least one outpatient re-examination and follow-up.

排除标准：

1.已明确诊断为其他感染性、自身免疫性眼部疾病患者；
2.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
3.无门诊复查随访记录。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with clearly diagnosed other infectious or autoimmune ocular diseases;
2.Pregnant or lactating women;
3.Patients without records of outpatient re-examination and follow-up.
