依拉环素常规剂量方案（1mg/kg q12h）是否适用ECMO的重症患者  

Objectives of Study：

Is the conventional dosage regimen of elacycline (1mg/kgq12h) suitable for critically ill patients on ECMO

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.ICU重症患者；
2.年龄≥18岁；
3.耐碳青霉烯的革兰氏阴性杆菌感染；
4.接受依拉环素治疗；

Inclusion criteria

1.Critical Patients Admitted to the Intensive Care Unit; 2.Age >= 18 years; 3.Carbapenem-resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections; 4.Receive treatment with elacycline;

排除标准：

1.对依拉环素过敏；
2.耐碳青霉烯的铜绿假单胞菌、摩氏摩根菌、变形杆菌属细菌、普罗威登斯菌等感染；
3.接受血浆置换治疗；
4.妊娠期；
5.拒绝参加；

Exclusion criteria：

1.allergic to elacycline;
2.Carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Morganella morganii, Proteus, Providencia and other infections;
3.Undergoing plasma exchange treatment;
4.Pregnancy;
5.Refuse to participate;
