研究目的:

1. 构建脱蛋白釉质模型,为釉质蛋白多肽作用机制研究提供实验基础。 2. 探究釉质多肽与羟基磷灰石的空间位置关系与分子结合方式,明确多肽在牙釉质三维结构中的分布,深化釉质蛋白的生物学效应的分子理论依据。 3. 探索多肽对牙釉质的增韧机理,揭示釉质蛋白多肽对稳定牙釉质结构和力学性能的作用,为龋病等釉质疾病防治提供新的理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Construct a deproteinated enamel model to provide an experimental basis for studying the mechanism of enamel protein peptides. 2. Investigate the spatial relationship and molecular binding mode between enamel peptides and hydroxyapatite, clarify the distribution of peptides in the three-dimensional structure of enamel, and deepen the molecular theoretical basis of the biological effects of enamel proteins. 3. Explore the toughening mechanism of peptides on enamel, reveal the role of enamel protein peptides in stabilizing enamel structure and mechanical properties, and provide a new theoretical foundation for the prevention and treatment of enamel diseases such as dental caries.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

1.因正畸治疗需要而拔除的健康前磨牙;
2.患者年龄大于18岁,不超过50岁;
3.知情后同意纳入研究并愿意配合完成随访;

Inclusion criteria

1.Healthy premolars extracted for orthodontic treatment needs;
2.The patient is over 18 years old but not over 50 years old;
3.Informed consent for inclusion in the study and willingness to cooperate in completing follow-up;

排除标准:

1.拔除的牙齿存在牙釉质龋坏、发育不良、缺损、折裂、明显磨耗问题;
2.罹患系统性疾病或者严重的并发症;
3.残疾;
4.孕期、哺乳期;
5.口干症;
6.沟通障碍或依从性不佳;

Exclusion criteria:

1.The extracted teeth have enamel caries, underdevelopment, defects, fractures, and significant wear problems;
2.Suffering from systemic diseases or serious complications;
3.physical disability;
4.Pregnancy and lactation period;
5.xerostomia;
6.Communication barriers or poor compliance;
