研究目的：

TcbHP方案即紫杉醇类(常为多西他赛)、卡铂、曲妥珠单抗及帕妥珠单抗联合治疗，作为Her-2阳性乳腺癌常用治疗方案，其治疗作用已得到临床一致认可，但TcbHP方案治疗效果呈现个体化差异[1]。基于此，如何进一步优化TcbHP方案，成为Her-2阳性乳腺癌新辅助治疗的重要研究方向。本研究旨在探究TcbHP方案在Her-2阳性乳腺癌新辅助治疗中的临床疗效，并构建其预测模型，为优化临床个体化治疗提供理论依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The TcbHP regimen consists of the combination of taxanes (usually docetaxel), carboplatin, trastuzumab and pertuzumab. As a commonly used therapeutic regimen for HER-2-positive breast cancer, its clinical efficacy has been widely recognized. However, significant individual differences exist in the therapeutic response to the TcbHP regimen[1]. On this basis, further optimization of the TcbHP regimen has become an important research direction in the neoadjuvant treatment of HER-2-positive breast cancer. This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy of the TcbHP regimen in neoadjuvant therapy for HER-2-positive breast cancer and construct a corresponding predictive model, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing clinical individualized treatment.

纳入标准：

1.患者均接受病理活检，符合共识推荐的有关Her-2阳性乳腺癌的诊断标准；
2.患者年龄≥18岁，且临床资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1.All patients underwent pathological biopsy and met the consensus-recommended diagnostic criteria for HER2-positive breast cancer; 2.Patients were aged >= 18 years with complete clinical data.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期、哺乳期、正在备孕者；
2.合并其他恶性肿瘤者；
3.心、肝、肾脏器功能衰竭者或合并有多发性硬化症、系统性红斑狼疮者；
4.对治疗药物过敏者或治疗期间非肿瘤性死亡者；
5.有精神或意识障碍既往病史者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Pregnant women, lactating women and women preparing for pregnancy;
2.Patients complicated with other malignant tumors;
3.Patients with cardiac, hepatic or renal failure, or those complicated with multiple sclerosis and systemic lupus erythematosus;
4.Patients allergic to therapeutic drugs or those suffering non-tumor-related death during treatment;
5.Patients with a past medical history of mental disorders or consciousness disorders.

Two researchers collected case data through the medical record system and recorded the data into Excel forms. A third reviewer checked and verified the integrity and compliance of the data.
