研究目的：

构建基于呼吸音气流特征、胸部 CT 影像及其他临床资料的多模态、深度学习、人工智能模型，并评价该模型识别和评估慢性阻塞性肺病的效能，包括准确率、灵敏度、特异度等多项指标。  

Objectives of Study：

Construct a multimodal, deep learning, artificial intelligence model based on respiratory sound airflow characteristics, chest CT images, and other clinical data. Evaluate the efficacy of this model in identifying and assessing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including multiple indicators such as accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.男性或女性，年龄≥18岁，且≤80岁； 2.自行至多中心筛查点就诊，自愿参加本研究； 3.具有至少1次以上胸部CT影像检查影像及文字报告； 4.能够理解并完成肺功能检查操作； 5.受试者（或其监护人）能够理解研究目的，同意参加本研究并签署了知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Male or female, aged >= 18 years old and <= 80 years old; 2. Patients who visit the multi-center screening points on their own and voluntarily participate in this study; 3. Having at least one set of chest CT scan images and corresponding written reports; 4. Being able to understand and complete the pulmonary function test procedures; 5. The subject (or his/her guardian) is able to understand the purpose of the study, agrees to participate in this study and has signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.数据大量缺失、可信度低者、无法配合研究流程者； 2.研究者认为不适合纳入者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a large amount of missing data, low data credibility, or who are unable to cooperate with the research process; 2. Those who are considered by the researchers to be unsuitable for inclusion.
