研究目的：

1.确定腹膜转移瘤术后 1 年内患者中疲劳轨迹的亚组； 2.探究基线时的睡眠质量、疼痛、身体和精神状态以及若干社会人口学因素如何区分疲劳轨迹； 3.考察疲劳轨迹与术后 12 个月身体和精神状态之间的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To identify subgroups of patients with peritoneal metastases within one year after surgery with distinct fatigue trajectories; 2. To explore how baseline sleep quality, pain, physical and mental status, and several sociodemographic factors distinguish fatigue trajectories; 3. To examine the association between fatigue trajectories and physical and mental status at 12 months after surgery.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥19 岁； 2.经病理结果和临床诊断确认为腹膜转移癌; 3.CRS手术达到CC0-CC1状态

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=19; 2. Diagnosis with peritoneal metastasis cancer ; 3.The CRS surgery has reached the CC0-CC1 state.

排除标准：

1.严重的认知障碍/精神疾病妨碍问卷的完成； 2.预期生存期不足 3 个月。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe cognitive impairment/psychiatric disorders prevent the completion of the questionnaire; 2. Expected survival < 3 months.
