研究目的：

1.通过 PET-CT/MRI 研究经颅磁刺激与抑郁症患者大脑葡萄糖代谢的相关性; 2. 探索经颅磁刺激通过影响大脑葡萄糖代谢治疗抑郁症的可能机制.  

Objectives of Study：

1. A clinical study of the correlation between transcranial magnetic stimulation and brain glucose metabolism in patients with depression using PET-CT/MRI; 2. A clinical study exploring the possible mechanism of transcranial magnetic stimulation for treating depression by modulating brain glucose metabolism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、患者入选标准: (1) 18~40 岁女性； (2) 惯用右手； (3) 须符合《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册第五版》（DSM-V）抑郁障碍的诊断标准且未接受药物治疗或已停药至少 4周； (4) 汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HDRS）17 项评分须大于等于 17 分且小于 24 分； (5) 充分了解重复经颅磁刺激、PET-CT/MRI 的安全性后，愿意积极配合，并签署知情同意书的受试者。 2、健康受试入选标准 (1) 18~40 岁女性； (2) 惯用右手； (3) 健康状况良好，无器质性疾病或精神疾病； (4) 充分了解 PET-CT/MRI 的安全性后，愿意积极配合，并签署知情同意书的受试者

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion Criteria for Patients: (1). Female aged 18–40 years; (2). Right-handed; (3). Meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder according to the *Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition (DSM-5)*, and have received no pharmacological treatment or have been withdrawn from such treatment for at least 4 weeks; (4). Have a total score of >=17 and <24 on the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS); (5). After fully understanding the safety of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and PET-CT/MRI, voluntarily agree to cooperate and sign the informed consent form. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: (1). Female aged 18–40 years; (2). Right-handed; (3). In good general health with no organic or mental disorders; (4). After fully understanding the safety of PET-CT/MRI, voluntarily agree to cooperate and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1. 体内有金属植入物者、肾功能不全患者、糖尿病患者或有其他 PET-CT/MRI 扫描或经颅磁刺激治疗禁忌症者； 2. 近三月服用过糖皮质激素、β受体阻滞剂、噻嗪类利尿剂、氟喹诺酮类、甲状腺激素制剂等影响葡萄糖代谢的药物及患有其他可能影响脑葡萄糖代谢的疾病者； 3. 双相情感障碍及其他精神疾病所致抑郁者； 4. 曾诊断过其他精神障碍或近 3 月内服用过镇静催眠等精神活性药物者； 5. 入组前 1 个月内接受任何形式的抗抑郁治疗史（包括药物、物理和心理治疗）； 6. 有精神病性症状需联合应用抗精神病药物者； 7. 自杀风险高者，或已发生自杀、严重自伤行为需紧急干预者 8. 在试验期间处于月经期、已经或计划妊娠者； 9. 经研究者判断不适合作为研究对象的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of metal implants, renal insufficiency, diabetes mellitus, or any other contraindication to PET-CT/MRI scanning or transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) therapy; 2. Use of medications that affect glucose metabolism (e.g., glucocorticoids, beta-blockers, thiazide diuretics, fluoroquinolones, thyroid hormone preparations) within the past three months, or presence of other diseases that may affect cerebral glucose metabolism; 3. Depression secondary to bipolar disorder or other psychiatric disorders; 4. Prior diagnosis of any other mental disorder, or use of psychoactive substances (e.g., sedatives, hypnotics) within the past three months; 5. Receipt of any form of antidepressant treatment (including medication, physical therapy, or psychotherapy) within one month prior to enrollment; 6. Presence of psychotic symptoms requiring concomitant antipsychotic medication; 7. High risk of suicide, or occurrence of suicidal or severe self?injurious behavior requiring urgent intervention; 8. Being in the menstrual period, currently pregnant, or planning to become pregnant during the trial period; 9. Any other condition that, in the investigator's judgment, makes the subject unsuitable for participation in the study.
