研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨不同类型间质性肺疾病（ILD）的临床特征及其对右心功能的影响。通过一项观察性队列研究，我们将招募确诊为ILD的患者，包括特发性肺纤维化（IPF）、非特异性间质性肺炎（NSIP）、结缔组织病相关ILD（CTD-ILD）等亚型。研究的主要目标是评估不同ILD亚型的临床特征、疾病进展模式及其对右心功能的潜在影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the clinical characteristics of different types of interstitial lung diseases and their impact on right heart function. Through an observational cohort study, we will recruit patients diagnosed with ILD, including idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, nonspecific interstitial pneumonia, and ILD related to connective tissue diseases, among others. The main objective of the study is to evaluate the clinical features, disease progression patterns, and potential impact on right heart function of different ILD subtypes.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁，签署知情同意书； 2. 符合国际指南（如ATS/ERS）的ILD诊断标准，并经HRCT和/或肺活检确诊； 3. 能够配合完成肺功能、心脏影像学检查及随访。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old, and have signed the informed consent form; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for ILD as per international guidelines (such as ATS/ERS), and be confirmed by HRCT and/or lung biopsy; 3. Able to cooperate in completing pulmonary function tests, cardiac imaging examinations and follow-up.

排除标准：

1. 合并其他严重心肺疾病（如左心衰竭、先天性心脏病、重度COPD、肺栓塞）； 2. 活动性恶性肿瘤或预期寿命<1年； 3. 妊娠或哺乳期女性； 4. 无法完成随访或数据收集不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Include other severe heart and lung diseases (such as left heart failure, congenital heart disease, severe COPD, pulmonary embolism); 2. Active malignant tumors or life expectancy less than 1 year; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who cannot complete follow-up or whose data collection is incomplete.
