研究目的：

1. 比较 RBH 2-4mm 采用不植骨内提升新技术与 RBH 4-6mm 采用不植骨骨凿法内提升术的临床效果； 2. 分析两种方案的种植体存活率、骨增量、种植体稳定性（ISQ 值）及并发症（黏膜穿孔、感染等）的差异； 3. 探讨不同 RBH 范围及手术技术对预后的影响，为临床术式选择提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare the clinical effects of the new non-bone grafting internal elevation technique with RBH 2-4mm and the non-bone grafting bone chisel internal elevation technique with RBH 4-6mm; 2. To analyze the differences in implant survival rate, bone gain, implant stability (ISQ value), and complications (such as mucosal perforation and infection) between the two schemes; 3. To explore the influence of different RBH ranges and surgical techniques on prognosis and provide a reference for the selection of clinical surgical methods.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=18岁； 2. 行不植骨上颌窦内提升术同期植入种植体； 3. 术前CBCT测量RBH：2-4mm且采用新技术或骨凿法，或4-6mm且采用骨凿法； 4. 临床及影像学资料完整，随访时间>=1年； 5. 患者知情同意并符合伦理要求。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Simultaneous implant placement during sinus floor elevation without bone grafting in the maxilla; 3. Preoperative CBCT measurement of residual bone height (RBH): 2-4mm and treated with new techniques or bone chisel method, or 4-6mm and treated with bone chisel method; 4. Complete clinical and radiological data, with a follow-up period of >= 1 year; 5. Informed consent obtained from the patient and compliance with ethical requirements.

排除标准：

1. 合并未控制的全身疾病（如糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等）； 2. 术前 3 个月内使用抗生素或接受头颈部放化疗； 3. 有精神疾病、酗酒或吸烟＞10 支/天； 4. 种植体失败后二次手术； 5. 存在上颌窦炎症、纵隔或严重解剖异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid uncontrolled systemic diseases (such as diabetes, malignant tumors, etc.); 2. Use of antibiotics or receipt of head and neck radiotherapy and chemotherapy within 3 months preoperatively; 3. Presence of mental illness, alcoholism, or smoking more than 10 cigarettes per day; 4. Secondary surgery following implant failure; 5. Presence of maxillary sinusitis, mediastinal conditions, or severe anatomical abnormalities.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The collected patient medical records (including imaging data and clinical records) were anonymized, with personal identifiers such as names replaced by study codes.Data entry was performed by two independent researchers in a double-blind manner, followed by cross-checking to ensure accuracy.All data were stored on an encrypted computer with access restricted to researchers only, in strict compliance with medical privacy protection regulations.
