研究目的：

本研究拟采用本土化嗅觉测试（阈值、分辨、识别），对精神分裂症患者的嗅觉功能进行一个较为全面的评估，同时记录患者的临床症状，进一步精细化探索两者之间的关系。借助神经影像学工具fMRI明确精神分裂症嗅觉障碍神经网络异常，为个体化干预提供影像标志。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive assessment of olfactory function in patients with schizophrenia using standardized olfactory tests (threshold, discrimination, and recognition), while simultaneously documenting their clinical symptoms to further refine our understanding of the relationship between the two. By utilizing fMRI, a neuroimaging tool, we will identify abnormalities in the neural networks underlying olfactory dysfunction in schizophrenia, thereby providing imaging biomarkers to inform personalized interventions.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、SZ 患者组 （1）符合 DSM-5 精神分裂症诊断标准； （2）年龄在 18 至 45 岁；汉族；右利手； （3）未用药或目前服用除氯氮平外的二代抗精神病药物。 （4）具有配合嗅觉评估、症状评估和影像学检查的能力。 2、HC 组 （1）年龄在 18 至 45 岁；汉族；右利手； （2）无精神疾病史及两系三代内精神疾病家族史。 （3）认知正常并具有配合嗅觉评估和影像学检查的能力。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patient Group: (1)Meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia; (2)Aged 18 to 45 years; Han ethnicity; right-handed; (3)Not currently taking any medication or currently taking second-generation antipsychotics other than clozapine; (4) Capable of cooperating with olfactory assessments, symptom evaluations, and imaging examinations. 2.Control Group: (1)Aged 18 to 45 years; Han ethnicity; right-handed; (2)No history of mental illness and no family history of mental illness within three generations on either side; (3) Normal cognitive function and capable of cooperating with olfactory assessments and imaging examinations.

排除标准：

1、SZ 患者组 （1）共病其他精神障碍； （2）正在进行 MECT 治疗； （3）有脑外伤病史、神经系统疾病病史或严重躯体疾病病史； （4）严重鼻中隔偏曲、鼻息肉病、鼻部手术史； （5）近两周有呼吸道疾病史； （6）有智力障碍、痴呆或合并物质依赖和药物滥用； （7）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； （8）合并幽闭恐惧症、体内有金属植入物等无法耐受磁共振检查者。 2、HC 组 （1）有脑外伤病史、神经系统疾病病史或严重躯体疾病病史； （2）严重鼻中隔偏曲、鼻息肉病、鼻部手术史； （3）近两周有呼吸道疾病史； （4）有智力障碍、痴呆或合并物质依赖和药物滥用； （5）孕妇或哺乳期妇女； （6）合并幽闭恐惧症、体内有金属植入物等无法耐受磁共振检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patient Group (1)Comorbidity with other mental disorders; (2)Currently undergoing MECT treatment; (3)History of traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, or severe physical illness; (4)Severe nasal septal deviation, nasal polyposis, or history of nasal surgery; (5)History of respiratory tract infections within the past two weeks; (6)Intellectual disability, dementia, or co-occurring substance dependence and substance abuse; (7)Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (8)Individuals with claustrophobia, metallic implants, or other conditions rendering them unable to tolerate MRI scanning. 2.Control Group (1)History of traumatic brain injury, neurological disorders, or severe physical illnesses; (2)Severe nasal septal deviation, nasal polyposis, or history of nasal surgery; (3)History of respiratory tract infections within the past two weeks; (4)Intellectual disability, dementia, or coexisting substance dependence and substance abuse; (5)Pregnant or breastfeeding women; (6)Individuals unable to tolerate MRI due to conditions such as claustrophobia or the presence of metallic implants.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据收集后进行清理，通过人工检查和电脑检查两种方式对数据库进行核查，查找重复或缺失、异常值、逻辑错误问题。一般人口学信息出现以上错误，进行再次问询，修正补充信息；若评价指标出现异常值，则删除该异常值。数据由项目负责人统一管理。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Following data collection, the information undergoes cleansing procedures. The database is verified through both manual and computerised checks to identify duplicates, missing or anomalous values, and logical inconsistencies. Should demographic information exhibit such errors, follow-up inquiries are conducted to rectify and supplement the data. Any abnormal values within evaluation metrics are removed. All data is centrally managed by the project lead.
