探讨经皮耳迷走神经刺激（taVNS）对中青年多发性肺结节患者围术期焦虑状态及术后康复的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Effect of Transcutaneous Auricular Vagus Nerve Stimulation (taVNS) on Perioperative Anxiety State and Postoperative Recovery in Young and Middle-Aged Patients with Multiple Pulmonary Nodules

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18～59周岁； 2. 胸外科医师根据胸部CT结果确诊为多发性肺结节并明确手术指征，已列入择期手术计划的患者； 3. 美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为Ⅰ～Ⅲ级； 4. 具备完成焦虑评估量表及围术期随访的认知能力； 5. 自愿参与并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 18 to 59 years. 2. Patients diagnosed with multiple pulmonary nodules by thoracic surgeons based on chest CT findings, with clear surgical indications and already scheduled for elective surgery. 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I–III. 4. Sufficient cognitive ability to complete anxiety assessment scales and perioperative follow-up. 5. Voluntary participation and provision of signed informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 有精神或神经系统疾病病史； 2. 长期使用皮质醇、抗抑郁/焦虑药、镇静药或镇痛药； 3. 伴有严重的神经、肾、心血管或肝脏疾病； 4. 耳部皮肤破损或感染存在刺激相关禁忌； 5. 装有心脏起搏器等电子植入设备。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of psychiatric or neurological disorders. 2. Long-term use of corticosteroids, antidepressants/anxiolytics, sedatives, or analgesics. 3. Concomitant severe neurological, renal, cardiovascular, or hepatic diseases. 4. Ear skin breakdown or infection, posing contraindications to transcutaneous auricular vagus nerve stimulation. 5. Presence of a cardiac pacemaker or other electronic implantable devices.
