本研究旨在通过单细胞测序技术解析止点性跟腱炎（IAT）Kager脂肪垫的细胞异质性，结合临床表型与影像学分型，建立止点性跟腱炎的分子分型系统，为精准治疗提供依据  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to analyze the cellular heterogeneity of the Kager fat pad of insertion Achilles tendinitis (IAT) by single-cell sequencing technology, and to establish a molecular classification system for insertion Achilles tendinitis combined with clinical phenotype and imaging classification, so as to provide a basis for precise treatment.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.IAT组（实验组） (1)因症状持续存在、保守治疗无效，在本院接受IAT手术的患者； (2)病历及检查记录信息完整。 2.健康组（对照组） (1)无跟腱病史的外伤后手术患者（如跟骨骨折内固定取出术，术中取少量废弃的Kager脂肪垫边缘组织）。

Inclusion criteria

1. IAT group (experimental group) (1) Patients who underwent IAT in our hospital due to persistent symptoms and ineffective conservative treatment; (2) Complete medical records and examination records. 2. Healthy group (control group) (1) Patients without a history of Achilles tendon trauma surgery (such as removal of internal fixation of calcaneal fracture, a small amount of discarded Kager fat pad edge tissue was taken during the operation).

排除标准：

（1）跟腱病翻修手术的患者； （2）存在全身性炎性关节病（如类风湿关节炎），或踝关节骨性关节炎（Van Dijk分级 > 1级）； （3）神经系统疾病； （4）近期（3个月内）接受过踝关节内激素注射治疗； （5）合并其他下肢严重损伤，或严重慢性疾病（如未控制的糖尿病、慢性心衰）； （6）患者目前正接受研究者认为的不适合的并发症治疗； （7）患有身体或精神障碍，影响其自愿参与试验的患者（例如，痴呆、严重的精神疾病、严重的视力或听力障碍、文盲、药物成瘾）； （8）随访时间不足6个月的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients undergoing revision surgery for Achilles tendinopathy; (2) Presence of systemic inflammatory arthritis (such as rheumatoid arthritis) or ankle osteoarthritis (Van Dijk grade > 1); (3) Nervous system diseases; (4) Recent (within 3 months) hormone injection into the ankle joint; (5) Combined with other severe lower limb injuries, or severe chronic diseases (such as uncontrolled diabetes, chronic heart failure); (6) The patient is currently receiving treatment for complications that the investigator considers inappropriate; (7) Patients with a physical or mental disorder that would affect their voluntary participation in the trial (e.g., dementia, severe mental illness, severe visual or hearing impairment, illiteracy, drug addiction); (8) Patients with follow-up time less than 6 months;
