研究目的：

1.整合影响老年COPD患者居家运动康复的多维因素，分析不同患者的特征及差异，建立相应的用户画像。 2.基于用户画像，构建老年COPD患者居家运动康复方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Integrate the multi-dimensional factors influencing the home-based exercise rehabilitation of elderly COPD patients, analyze the characteristics and differences of different patients, and establish corresponding user profiles.2. Based on the user profiles, develop home-based exercise rehabilitation plans for elderly COPD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄>=60岁； 2. 符合GOLD 2024中的COPD诊断标准； 3. 居家进行过运动康复或有运动康复需求； 4. 知情同意且自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Meeting the COPD diagnostic criteria in GOLD 2024; 3. Having undergone exercise rehabilitation at home or having a need for exercise rehabilitation; 4. Giving informed consent and voluntarily participating in this study.

排除标准：

1. 明确有精神疾病史或伴有认知功能障碍者； 2. 严重听力或言语障碍影响沟通的患者； 3. 处于不稳定期、插管患者、急危重症患者； 4. 资料收集不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with a history of mental illness or accompanied by cognitive dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe hearing or speech impairments that affect communication; 3. Patients in an unstable condition, intubated patients, and critically ill patients; 4. Patients with incomplete data collection.
