研究目的：

本研究根据CAG结果，比较临床参数、临床ECG、TTE、LVO、MCE指标识别NSTEMI患者中ACO病变的能力，探讨MCE在NSTEMI中识别ACO的准确性以及对预后的改善情况。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the CAG results, this study compared the ability of clinical parameters, clinical ECG, TTE, LVO, and MCE indicators to identify ACO lesions in NSTEMI patients, and explored the accuracy of MCE in identifying ACO in NSTEMI and its improvement on prognosis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.指南标准诊断NSTEMI。 2.经冠状动脉造影检查后支持诊断为NSTEMI。 3.在冠状动脉造影检查前24小时内接受TnI、ECG、TTE、LVO及MCE检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with NSTEMI according to the guidelines[6]; 2. Undergoing CAG with findings supportive of an NSTEMI diagnosis; 3. Undergo TnI, ECG, TTE, LVO, and MCE examinations within 24 hours prior to coronary angiography.

排除标准：

1.存在其他心脏疾患，如严重心脏瓣膜病、先天性心脏病、扩张性心肌病、及合并严重心衰患者； 2.指南评估极高危NSTEMI患者； 3.冠脉搭桥术后患者； 4.超声心动图图像质量欠佳，无法进行有效分析。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Presence of other cardiac conditions, such as severe valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, or dilated cardiomyopathy; 2. Patients diagnosed with NSTEMI were excluded if they were classified as extremely high-risk according to the guideline criteria[6]; 3. History of coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery; 4. Poor echocardiographic image quality precluding adequate analysis.
