研究目的:

本课题拟通过动态CT心肌灌注技术一站式获取CT-FFR、心肌灌注参数,实现阻塞性冠心病患者形态和心肌微循环功能的一站式评价。量化分析负荷态CT-FFR与静息态CT-FFR的数值差异及分布特征,明确两种状态下CT-FFR差异与心肌灌注参数(MBF等)的相关性  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to obtain CT-FFR and myocardial perfusion parameters in a one-stop manner through dynamic CT myocardial perfusion technology, thereby achieving a one-stop evaluation of the morphology and myocardial microcirculation function of patients with obstructive coronary heart disease. Quantitative analysis will be conducted on the numerical differences and distribution characteristics between the loaded-state CT-FFR and the resting-state CT-FFR, and the correlation between the differences in CT-FFR in the two states and myocardial perfusion parameters (such as MBF, etc.) will be clarified.

纳入标准:

1.影像资料和临床病史资料完整;2.18-80岁;3.临床怀疑阻塞性冠心病;4. 冠脉非左主干狭窄程度>70%和(或)左主干>50%.

Inclusion criteria

1.Complete imaging data and clinical history data; 2. Age range of 18 to 80 years old; 3. Clinically suspected of obstructive coronary heart disease; 4. Coronary artery non-left main stenosis degree > 70% and/or left main > 50%

排除标准:

1.急性冠脉综合征、心衰、不稳定性心绞痛; 2.服用过抗焦虑、抗抑郁等精神类药物; 3.严重肾功能异常; 4.碘媒对比剂过敏; 5.无法进行负荷心肌灌注(II-III度房室传导阻滞、窦房结功能障碍); 6.任何非左主干狭窄程度<70%和(或)左主干<50%

Exclusion criteria:

1. Acute coronary syndrome, heart failure, unstable angina pectoris; 2. Have taken psychotropic drugs such as anti-anxiety and anti-depression drugs; 3. Severe renal dysfunction; 4. Allergy to iodine-based contrast agents; 5.Unable to perform stress myocardial perfusion (second- and third-degree atrioventricular block, sinus node dysfunction) ; 6. Any non-left main coronary stenosis less than 70% and/or left main coronary stenosis less than 50%

本研究采用标准化病例记录表(Case Report Form, CRF) 设计数据采集方案,由经过培训的研究人员严格按照研究方案,提取并记录受试者的基线临床资料、影像学检查结果、实验室检验指标及随访信息;数据录入采用双人独立双录入方式,通过交叉核对完成数据一致性校验,确保数据准确性;所有数据存储于本单位加密科研服务器,由专职数据管理员负责数据管理与质量控制,严格遵循数据安全与隐私保护相关规范,保障数据的完整性、可追溯性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study adopted a standardized case report form (CRF) to design the data collection plan. Trained researchers strictly followed the research plan to extract and record the baseline clinical data, imaging examination results, laboratory test indicators, and follow-up information of the subjects. Data entry was conducted using a double-independent double-entry method, and data consistency verification was completed through cross-checking to ensure data accuracy. All data were stored on the unit's encrypted research server, and a dedicated data administrator was responsible for data management and quality control. Strict adherence to relevant data security and privacy protection norms was ensured to guarantee the integrity and traceability of the data.
