研究目的：

评价富马酸奥赛利定联合腹横肌平面阻滞对老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术后快速康复的影响，以术后恢复质量量表（QoR-15）评分作为主要评价指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of oliceridine fumarate combined with transverse abdominis plane block on enhanced recovery after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in elderly patients, with the Quality of Recovery-15 (QoR-15) score serving as the primary evaluation metric.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.60岁<=年龄<=75岁； 2.BMI18~26kg/m^2； 3.ASA分级为I~III级； 4.符合腹腔镜胆囊切除手术适应症； 5.患者自愿加入，签署知情同意书，能够理解各类评分法并能配合完成评估。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age 60-75 years; 2. BMI 18-26 kg/m^2; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. Meet the indications for laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 5. Patient voluntarily joins, signs the informed consent, can understand various scoring methods and can cooperate to complete the assessment.

排除标准：

1.严重内外科疾患。 2.腹部有手术瘢痕，腹壁皮肤有感染、破损，影响局麻药扩散者； 3.已知阿片类药物无法有效控制疼痛的癌症患者 4.智力低下或有精神系统疾病不能配合研究者； 5.对本试验中任何研究药物过敏史者； 6.凝血功能异常或正在接受溶栓或抗凝治疗者； 7.弥漫性腹膜炎患者； 8.平日晕动症患者。 9.入组前24小时内使续或间断性）服用苯二氮卓类安眠药、阿片类镇痛药者； 10.既往有胃肠道出血或穿孔病史、下腹部手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe internal or surgical diseases. 2. Abdominal surgical scars, abdominal wall skin infection or damage affecting the spread of local anesthetics; 3. Cancer patients whose pain cannot be effectively controlled by known opioids; 4. Individuals with intellectual disabilities or mental disorders who cannot cooperate with researchers; 5. History of allergy to any investigational drugs in this trial; 6. Abnormal coagulation function or currently receiving thrombolytic or anticoagulant therapy; 7. Patients with diffuse peritonitis; 8. Patients who usually suffer from motion sickness; 9. Individuals who have taken benzodiazepine sedatives or opioid analgesics continuously or intermittently within 24 hours before enrollment; 10. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation, or history of lower abdominal surgery.
