研究目的：

1、分析不同水合状态正常体重儿童与肥胖儿童和肽素、血糖、胰岛功能等差异及相关性，获得从水合状态和和肽素角度诊断糖代谢状态的可能性； 2、通过改善肥胖儿童水合状态，从而调整和肽素水平、血糖代谢指标，分析可能的机制，为将合理进行饮水干预纳入肥胖以及血糖异常生活方式干预提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze the differences and correlations of copeptin, blood glucose and islet function among normal-weight and obese children under different hydration statuses, and explore the possibility of diagnosing glucose metabolic status from the perspectives of hydration status and copeptin. 2. To regulate copeptin levels and glucose metabolic indicators by improving the hydration status of obese children, and analyze the potential mechanisms, so as to provide scientific evidence for incorporating rational drinking water intervention into lifestyle intervention for obesity and abnormal glucose metabolism.

纳入标准：

正常体重儿童： 1.年龄 9-10 岁且 BMI 正常； 2.无已知的代谢性疾病； 3.自愿参与实验，并签署知情同意书。 肥胖儿童： 1.年龄 9-10 岁（小学 3-4 年级）；依据《学龄儿童青 少年超重与肥胖筛查》（WS/T 586）判定肥胖； 2.无已知的代谢性疾病； 3.自愿参与实验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Normal-weight children: 1. Aged 9–10 years with a normal BMI; 2. No known metabolic diseases; 3. Voluntary participation in the experiment, with informed consent signed. Obese children: 1. Aged 9–10 years (grades 3–4 in primary school), obesity determined according to the Screening for Overweight and Obesity Among School-Aged Children and Adolescents (WS/T 586); 2. No known metabolic diseases; 3. Voluntary participation in the experiment, with informed consent signed.

排除标准：

1.二级以上医院诊断的口腔、肝、肾、心血管疾病、糖尿病、 慢性泌尿系感染和自身免疫性疾病及贫血、甲状腺功能异常者； 2.长期口服利尿剂、糖皮质激素等药物； 3.3 个月内参加过其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals diagnosed with oral, hepatic, renal, cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic urinary tract infections, autoimmune diseases, anemia, or thyroid dysfunction at or above secondary-level hospitals; 2. Those on long-term oral medication such as diuretics or glucocorticoids; 3. Participation in other clinical trials within the past 3 months.
