本研究旨在制定一项旨在提高护理专科本科实习生患者安全能力的计划。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a program to improve the patient safety skills of undergraduate nursing interns.

纳入标准：

1.在参与医院进行临床实习的应届专科本科护理专业学生；2.自愿同意参加；3.能够熟练使用普通话进行交流；4.年龄18岁及以上。

Inclusion criteria

1.Recent graduating junior college or undergraduate nursing students participating in clinical internships at hospitals; 2.Voluntary consent to participate; 3. Proficiency in Mandarin communication; 4. Age 18 years or older.

排除标准：

1.在研究期间退出实习项目；2.实习期间中途退出培训。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Withdrawal from the internship program during the study; 2. Withdrawal from the training midway through the internship.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

在实验阶段，我们将使用结构化问卷收集每位参与者的数据进行统计分析，从而生成与干预相关的量化指标。调查将在三个指定时间点进行：干预前（基线）、干预后立即进行以及干预后三个月（随访）。问卷包含人口统计学信息表、中文版《卫生专业患者安全教育调查问卷》（H-PEPSS-CV）和系统思维量表（STS）。。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

During the experimental phase, structured questionnaires will be administered to collect data from each participant for statistical analysis, thereby generating quantitative metrics related to the intervention. Surveys will be conducted at three designated time points: pre-intervention (baseline), immediately post-intervention, and three months post-intervention (follow-up). The questionnaire package—comprising a demographic information form, the Chinese version of the Health Professional Education in Patient Safety Survey (H-PEPSS-CV), and the Systems Thinking Scale (STS).
