研究目的：

既往讨论结节性甲状腺肿（NG）合并甲状腺癌的发生率、病因的文献较多，针对接受 131I 治疗的 DTC 患者的研究较少，相关领域仍有待深入探索。因此，本研究聚焦于接受 131I 治疗的分化型甲状腺癌患者，旨在分析 结节性甲状腺肿对患者临床病理特征及预后的影响，并探讨相关危险因素,为早期识别疗效不佳的患者以及临床诊断和治疗方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

There are many literature discussing the incidence and etiology of nodular goiter (NG) combined with thyroid cancer in the past, but there are few studies on DTC patients receiving 131I treatment, and the relevant fields still need to be further explored. Therefore, this study focuses on differentiated thyroid cancer patients receiving 131I treatment, aiming to analyze the impact of nodular goiter on the clinical and pathological characteristics and prognosis of patients, and explore related risk factors, providing a basis for early identification of patients with poor efficacy and clinical diagnosis and treatment plans.

纳入标准：

1.行甲状腺全切术，经病理确诊为 DTC 的患者； 2.符合 2015 年 ATA 发布的《成人甲状腺结节和分化型甲状腺癌管理指南》中甲 状腺癌术后 131I 治疗指征。 3.随访时间>=6 个月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who have undergone total thyroidectomy and were pathologically diagnosed with DTC; 2. Meet the postoperative 131I treatment indications for thyroid cancer as outlined in the 2015 ATA "Management Guidelines for Adult Thyroid Nodules and Differentiated Thyroid Cancer". 3. Follow-up time >= 6 months.

排除标准：

1.既往有其他恶性肿瘤或其他重大疾病史； 2.多次接受 131I 治疗； 3.随访数据不完整；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other malignant tumors or major diseases in the past;
2. Received 131I treatment multiple times;
3. Incomplete follow-up data;
