本研究旨在探究抑郁伴失眠患者相较于健康对照组人群的对社会性注意的缺损表现及背后的神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the social attention deficits and the underlying cognitive neural mechanisms in patients with depression and insomnia disorder compared with healthy controls.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

疾病组： 1. 年龄 18-55 岁； 2. 符合《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第 5 版（DSM-5）抑郁障碍、原发性失眠以及抑郁发作导致的继发性失眠诊断标准，并由两名精神科主治及以上医师确诊； 3. 失眠病程 >= 3 个月； 4. ISI 总分 >= 15 分； 5. 受教育年限 >= 9 年，视力、听力（或经矫正后）正常，具备正常读写能力以完成量表评估； 6. 患者近一个月内未系统服用精神类药物； 7. 自愿参加本研究并签署书面知情同意书。 对照组： 1. 年龄 18-55 岁； 2. 性别及年龄按照疾病组年龄 ± 3 岁、性别相同的标准进行匹配； 3. 受教育年限 >= 9 年； 4. 视力、听力（或经矫正后）正常，无色弱或色盲； 5. 自愿参与研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Disease Group: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) for depressive disorders, primary insomnia, and secondary insomnia caused by depressive episodes, and confirmed by two attending psychiatrists or above; 3. Duration of insomnia >= 3 months; 4. ISI total score >= 15; 5. Education level >= 9 years, normal vision and hearing (or corrected), with normal reading and writing ability to complete scale assessments; 6. No systematic use of psychiatric medications in the past month; 7. Voluntarily participates in this study and signs written informed consent. Control Group: 1. Age 18-55 years old; 2. Matched with the disease group by age (±3 years) and same gender; 3. Education level >= 9 years; 4. Normal vision and hearing (or corrected), no color weakness or color blindness; 5. Voluntarily participates in the study and signs informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 符合 DSM-5 诊断标准的其他精神疾病：双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、酒精和药物依赖、恐怖症、急性应激障碍及创伤后应激障碍等； 2. 免疫和内分泌疾病、脑血管疾病、肿瘤、严重心、肝、肾等疾病，近两周发生感染性疾病； 3. 伴精神发育迟滞或其他脑器质性疾病、存在器质性听觉或/视觉感知障碍；智商 85 分以下者； 4. 处于妊娠期和哺乳期的女性； 5. 近一个月内曾服用精神科药物； 6. 近 6 个月接受过 tDCS、tACS、TMS 及无抽搐电休克等物理调控治疗； 7. 研究者认为的其他不适合参与本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other mental disorders meeting DSM-5 diagnostic criteria: bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, alcohol and drug dependence, phobias, acute stress disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder, etc.; 2. Immune and endocrine diseases, cerebrovascular diseases, tumors, severe heart, liver, kidney, and other diseases, and infectious diseases that occurred in the past two weeks; 3. Accompanied by mental retardation or other organic brain diseases, presence of organic auditory or/and visual perception disorders; IQ below 85; 4. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Taken psychiatric medications within the past month; 6. Received physical modulation treatments such as tDCS, tACS, TMS, or non-convulsive electroconvulsive therapy in the past 6 months; 7. Other conditions deemed by the researcher to be unsuitable for participation in this study.
