研究目的：

验证IntroSky导管鞘用于神经血管介入手术的有效性和安全性  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the efficacy and safety of the IntroSky Cathete Sheath for neurovascular interventional procedures

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18且≤85周岁； 2.拟行神经血管介入手术； 3.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 and <=85; 2. Proposed neurovascular interventional surgery; 3. Signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.已知对造影剂、麻醉药品或试验器械的任何成分严重过敏或存在禁忌； 2.入路血管穿刺困难或严重的血管迂曲不适合介入治疗； 3.2个月内蛛网膜下腔出血或颅内出血； 4.目标动脉瘤为血泡样动脉瘤、感染性动脉瘤或破裂动脉瘤； 5.妊娠期或哺乳期女性； 6.正在参与其它临床试验； 7.经研究者判断不适合入选本试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Documented severe allergy or contraindication to contrast media, anesthetic agents, or any component of the investigational device; 2. Intraoperatively, the access vessel was difficult to puncture or too tortuous for the guidewire to pass, precluding interventional therapy; 3. Subarachnoid hemorrhage or intracranial hemorrhage within 2 months; 4. The target aneurysm is blood bubble-like aneurysm, , infectious aneurysm or ruptured aneurysm; 5. Pregnant or lactating females; 6. Participating in other clinical investigations; 7. Not eligible for this investigation as judged by the investigator.
