研究目的：

1.主要目的：构建基于幸福疗法的维持性血液透析患者失志综合征的干预方案，验证该干预方案在MHD患者中的应用效果，通过类实验研究设计，比较干预组与对照组在失志水平、希望水平、心理幸福感及应对方式等方面的差异。 2.次要目的：探究维持性血液透析失志综合征患者在心理幸福感各维度上的具体困境和内心需求，构建维持性血液透析患者失志综合征的干预方案，为医务人员制定失志综合征的护理干预策略提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary Objective: To develop an intervention program for learned helplessness syndrome in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis based on happiness therapy, to verify the application effect of this intervention program in MHD patients, and through a quasi-experimental study design, to compare the differences between the intervention group and the control group in terms of levels of helplessness, hope, psychological well-being, and coping strategies. 2. Secondary Objective: To explore the specific difficulties and inner needs of patients with learned helplessness syndrome undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in various dimensions of psychological well-being, to construct an intervention program for learned helplessness syndrome in these patients, and to provide a reference for medical staff in formulating nursing intervention strategies for learned helplessness syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.血液透析时间≥3个月； 2.年龄>=18周岁； 3.DS-II评分＞9分； 4.意识清楚，无语言沟通障碍； 5.自愿参与本研究，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Hemodialysis time >= 3 months; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. DS-II score > 9 points; 4. Conscious, no language communication barriers; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.处于疾病急性期者（如急性感染、正在准备肾脏移植等）无法配合调查； 2.肢体活动严重受限，不具备阅读和书写能力； 3.因精神性疾病、认知障碍或语言交流障碍无法配合调查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those in the acute phase of illness (such as acute infections, preparing for kidney transplantation, etc.) are unable to cooperate with the survey; 2. Those with severe physical activity limitations, lacking the ability to read and write; 3. Those unable to cooperate with the survey due to mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication disorders.
