研究目的：

比较家庭参与式游戏化康复与常规康复对儿童肱骨髁骨折术后肘关节功能、康复依从性及疼痛控制的影响，并分析家庭参与的游戏化康复与功能恢复及康复依从性之间的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of family-involved gamified rehabilitation and conventional rehabilitation on elbow joint function, rehabilitation adherence, and pain control in children withhumeral condylar fractures following surgery, and to analyze the correlation betweenfamily-involved gamification rehabilitation and functional recovery and rehabilitation adherence.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 影像学确诊为移位的儿童肱骨髁骨折（Micheli II 型或 III 型）； 2. 年龄<= 14 岁； 3. 接受手术治疗（闭合或切开复位内固定）； 4. 临床及随访资料完整。

Inclusion criteria

1. Radiographically confirmed displaced pediatric humeral condyle fracture (Micheli type II or III); 2. Age <= 14 years; 3. Underwent surgical treatment (closed or open reduction and internal fixation); 4. Complete clinical and follow-up data.

排除标准：

1. 开放性、病理性或陈旧性骨折； 2. 合并需手术干预的血管、神经损伤； 3. 合并同侧肢体多发骨折或既往上肢骨折手术史； 4. 患有先天性肘关节畸形、成骨不全等慢性骨骼肌肉系统疾病； 5. 临床资料不完整或失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Open fracture, pathological fracture, or old fracture; 2. Concurrent vascular or nerve injury requiring surgical intervention; 3. Ipsilateral multiple fractures or history of previous upper limb fracture surgery; 4. Congenital elbow deformity, osteogenesis imperfecta, or other chronic musculoskeletal diseases; 5. Incomplete clinical data or loss to follow-up.

This study only collects general information of children, measurement data of active elbow range of motion and related clinical information.
