研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨大型语言模型联合个体化运动处方及功能锻炼在AS患者中应用的有效性、安全性及依从性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the effectiveness, safety, and adherence of large language models combined with individualized exercise prescriptions and functional exercises in patients with AS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18-65 岁，男女不限 2.符合美国风湿病协会 1984 年修订的 AS 纽约诊断标准。 3.无认知障碍者; 4.病人均对本研究知情并签署知情同意书;

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged 18-65, regardless of gender 2. Meet the 1984 revised New York diagnostic criteria for AS by the American Rheumatism Association 3. No cognitive impairment 4. Patients are informed about this study and have signed the informed consent form;

排除标准：

1.合并严重的心、肺、脑、肝、肾脏及其他严重疾病者。 2.不能进行书写、阅读及有效沟通的病人; 3. 由于各种其他原因中途退出者; 4. 同时参加其他项目者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe combined diseases of the heart, lungs, brain, liver, kidneys, or other serious illnesses. 2. Patients who are unable to write, read, or communicate effectively; 3. Those who withdraw midway for various other reasons; 4. Those who participate in other programs at the same time.
