研究目的：

本实验主要研究原发性闭角型青光眼行白内障联合房角分离及房角切开术前术后前节OCT参数变化  

Objectives of Study：

This study mainly investigates the changes in anterior segment OCT parameters before and after cataract surgery combined with goniosynechialysis and goniotomy in patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.原发性闭角型青光眼患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma.

排除标准：

1.有眼内手术史或眼部外伤史(激光虹膜切开或激光虹膜成形术除外)； 2.房角结构检查不清； 3.合并其他类型的青光眼．如原发性开角型青光眼，各种类型的继发性青光眼(晶状体脱位、继发性闭角型青光眼、皮质类同醇性青光眼、房角后退性青光眼、新生血管性青光眼、炎症继发性青光眼等)； 4.长期局部或者全身使用糖皮质激素或合并严重全身系统性疾病； 5.服用抗凝剂或者抑制血小板聚集药物患者，心脑血管病变非稳定期患者 6.孕妇或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of intraocular surgery or ocular trauma (excluding laser iridotomy or laser iridoplasty); 2. Unclear examination of the anterior chamber angle structure; 3. Complicated with other types of glaucoma, such as primary open-angle glaucoma, various types of secondary glaucoma (lens subluxation, secondary angle-closure glaucoma, corticosteroid-induced glaucoma, angle-recession glaucoma, neovascular glaucoma, inflammatory secondary glaucoma, etc.); 4. Long-term topical or systemic use of glucocorticoids, or complicated with severe systemic diseases; 5. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet aggregation drugs, patients with unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
