研究目的：

本研究旨在比较前牙区机器人辅助下即刻种植与延期种植的精度，并进一步评估不同空间方向及测量水平的位置偏差。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to compare the accuracy of robot-assisted immediate and delayed implant placement in the anterior region and to further evaluate positional deviations at different spatial directions and measurement levels.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18岁及以上成人，开口度无限制； 2. 无显著影响骨代谢的系统性疾病； 3. 口腔内无过多金属元素干扰图像配准； 4. 患者适合进行数字化种植； 5. 良好口腔卫生； 6. 无显著全身健康问题。

Inclusion criteria

1. Adults aged 18 years or older, with no limitation in mouth opening; 2. No systemic diseases significantly affecting bone metabolism; 3. No excessive intraoral metallic restorations or metallic elements that could interfere with image registration; 4. Suitable for digital implant surgery; 5. Good oral hygiene; 6. No significant systemic health problems.

排除标准：

1.患者接受了额外骨移植； 2.未控制的牙周病或全身系统性疾病 3.全口无牙患者。 4.存在过多金属伪影影响图像配准。 5.有双膦酸盐使用史或头颈部放疗史。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who underwent additional bone grafting procedures. 2.Uncontrolled periodontal disease or systemic diseases. 3.Completely edentulous patients. 4.Excessive metallic artifacts affecting image registration. 5.History of bisphosphonate use or radiotherapy to the head and neck region.
