研究目的：

问题提示清单(Question Prompt List,QPL)是一种基于循证证据的结构化问题和主题列表, 包含了患者准备向医护人员咨询或讨论的问题。QPL通过结构化问题列表来引导或鼓励患者进行提问及表达信息需求，增强与医务人员之间的沟通，从而获取诊疗和康复等相关信息，促进患者主动参与疾病自我管理，为患者术后自我管理提供了新视角。研究表明QPL可以促进护患有效沟通，从而提高患者的参与积极性，帮助患者做出决策，缓解焦虑情绪。目前，针对腹腔镜肝切术后患者自我管理的QPL尚未建立。因此本研究拟构建腹腔镜肝切术后患者自我管理的QPL，旨在通过此工具提高患者术后自我管理能力，减少术后并发症，从而改善生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The Question Prompt List (QPL) is a structured list of questions and topics based on evidence, containing questions that patients prepare to consult or discuss with healthcare professionals. The QPL guides or encourages patients to ask questions and express their information needs through a structured list of questions, enhancing communication with healthcare providers, thereby obtaining relevant information on diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation, and promoting patients' active participation in self-management of their disease. It provides a new perspective for patients' postoperative self-management. Research shows that QPL can promote effective nurse-patient communication, thereby enhancing patient engagement, helping patients make decisions, and relieving anxiety. Currently, a QPL for self-management of patients after laparoscopic liver resection has not yet been established. Therefore, this study aims to develop a QPL for self-management of patients after laparoscopic liver resection, with the goal of using this tool to improve patients' postoperative self-management ability, reduce postoperative complications, and thereby improve quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 符合原发性肝癌诊疗指南(2025版)； 2. 拟行腹腔镜肝切除术； 3. 年龄>=18岁； 4. 患者对自身病情知情； 5. 意识清楚，沟通无障碍； 6. 知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Comply with the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2025 Edition); 2. Laparoscopic hepatectomy is proposed; 3. Age >=18 years old; 4. The patient is aware of his or her own condition; 5. Clear consciousness and unobstructed communication; 6. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1. 既往有精神病史； 2. 有视听障碍的患者； 3. 正在参与其他研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has a history of mental illness; 2. Patients with visual and auditory impairments; 3. Patients who are participating in other studies.

患者术后当天，由责任护士采用口头结合视频对符合纳入与排除标准的患者进行常规健康教育：1讲解术后如何运动以预防深静脉血栓等相关并发症；2如何进行正确疼痛评估；3如何预防跌倒；4饮食注意事项；5如何识别相关并发症；6导管留置期间注意事项。

On the day of surgery, patients received routine health education from responsible nurses through oral explanation combined with video materials, targeting those who met inclusion and exclusion criteria: 1 Explaining how to exercise postoperatively to prevent complications such as deep vein thrombosis; 2 How to perform correct pain assessment; 3 How to prevent falls; 4 Dietary considerations; 5 How to recognize related complications; 6 Precautions during catheter indwelling.
