研究目的:

通过运动生物力学研究方法及设备,探究全身关节过度活动(GJH)人群在不同条件下落地、原地纵跳、跳深动作、单腿下蹲、弓步、坐站动作、不同坡度条件下步行、跑步的下肢运动生物力学特征,了解其在中高强度运动下的运动生物力学机制。并通过短期运动干预,观察其干预效果,为全身关节过度活动人群的运动损伤预防及其运动干预提供数据支持。  

Objectives of Study:

Using biomechanical research methods and equipment, this study investigates the lower extremity biomechanical characteristics of individuals with Generalized Joint Hypermobility (GJH) during various tasks under different conditions, including landing, vertical jump, drop jump, single-leg squat, lunge, sit-to-stand, as well as walking and running at different slopes/inclines, in order to understand their biomechanical mechanisms during moderate-to-high intensity exercise. Furthermore, through a short-term exercise intervention, the intervention effects are observed, providing data support for injury prevention and exercise intervention in the GJH population.

纳入标准:

1.18-28岁, GJH受试者Beighton 评分≥4/9 分。专业的康复治疗师通过Beighten评分对受试者进行评估,若评估得分≥4分,即判定为全身关节过度活动。 2.无下肢重大疾病且能完成本次研究,自愿参加试验并签署知情同意书。 3.所有被试实验前24小时内从未从事剧烈运动,近六个月内无下至损伤史。 4.通过磁共振测试进一步筛选、排除患有其他关节损伤的被试。

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants aged 18–28 years with a Beighton score >= 4/9 (diagnosed as Generalized Joint Hypermobility, GJH). A professional rehabilitation therapist will assess the participants using the Beighton scoring system; a score of >= 4 will be classified as generalized joint hypermobility. 2.They must have no major lower limb diseases and be able to complete the study procedures, voluntarily participating in the trial and signing an informed consent form. 3.All participants are required to have refrained from strenuous exercise for 24 hours prior to the experiment and must have no history of lower limb injury within the past six months. 4.Additionally, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) will be used to further screen and exclude participants with other joint injuries.

排除标准:

1.重大疾病史、手术史等Marfan综合征和、EhlersDanlos综合征患者及具有心血管疾病不能耐受本试验患者等步态数据不完整受试者;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with Marfan syndrome, EhlersDanlos syndrome, or cardiovascular disease who could not tolerate the study, and other patients with incomplete gait data;

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Data collection and management will be implemented through a dual- system approach:(1) Paper-based Case Report Forms (CRFs) for inital dataentry at the point of collection and (2) A dedicated electronic data capture (EDC) system for secure data storage, management, and validation. Thishybrid process ensures both operational flexibility and data integrity.
