研究目的：

主要研究目的 比较远程居家有氧舞蹈干预与常规护理在改善乳腺癌化疗患者执行功能（以TMT-B完成时间为指标）方面的效果。 次要研究目的 比较远程居家有氧舞蹈与等剂量快速步行在改善执行功能方面的差异，评估舞蹈干预的潜在优势。 探索性研究目的 探讨认知功能变化与脑电事件相关电位变化之间的关系，初步分析其神经电生理机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose:Compare the effect of remote home aerobic dance intervention and routine care in improving executive function (TMT-B completion time as an indicator) in patients undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer.Secondary research purpose:To evaluate the potential advantages of dance intervention by comparing the difference between remote home aerobic dance and equal-dose brisk walking in improving executive function.Exploratory research purpose:Explore the relationship between cognitive function changes and brain electrical event-related potential changes, and preliminarily analyze their neuroelectrophysiological mechanisms.

纳入标准：

1.女性，18–65周岁 2.经病理或临床明确诊断为乳腺癌，临床分期I–IIIa期 3.拟接受化疗（新辅助或辅助化疗均可） 4.能够理解并完成认知及脑电评估 5.自愿参加研究并签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

1.Female, 18-65 years old 2.Pathologically or clinically confirmed diagnosis of breast cancer, clinical stage I-IIIa 3.Plan to receive chemotherapy (either neoadjuvant or adjuvant chemotherapy) 4.Able to understand and complete cognitive and EEG assessments 5.Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

排除标准：

1. 既往或当前存在明确的中枢神经系统疾病 2. 严重精神障碍或认知障碍，影响评估完成 3. 合并严重心肺疾病，不适合中等强度运动 4. 使用可能影响认知、情绪和睡眠的药物的患者 5. 拒绝参与或缺乏必要的临床或病理资料 6. 研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.Past or current clear central nervous system disease 2.Severe mental disorder or cognitive impairment, impact assessment completed 3.Combined with severe cardiopulmonary disease, not suitable for moderate-intensity exercise 4.Patients using drugs that may affect cognition, mood and sleep 5.Refusing to participate or lacking necessary clinical or pathological data 6.Other circumstances that the researcher believes are not suitable for participating in this study

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

All data are recorded using a unified data collection form. Cognitive assessment and EEG collection were completed by uniformly trained researchers. The research data is anonymized by numbering, entered independently by two people, and checked regularly. Data are stored in password-protected electronic systems with access restricted to members of the research team.
