研究目的：

对比不同长度外周静脉导管在胃肠道肿瘤患者围术期肠外营养支持中的应用效果及经济效能，构建外周血管通路肠外营养路径并验证。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparing the clinical efficacy and cost-effectiveness of peripheral venous catheters of different lengths in perioperative parenteral nutrition support for gastrointestinal cancer patients, and establishing and validating a peripheral vascular access parenteral nutrition pathway.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞＝18岁；2.预计进行肠外营养液支持＜14天；3.输注的营养液均使用工业化三腔袋且渗透压＜900mOsmol/L；4.意识清楚，能进行正常沟通交流。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >=18 years; 2.Expected duration of parenteral nutrition support < 14 days; 3.All infused nutritional solutions use industrial triple-chamber bags with osmolarity < 900 mOsmol/L; 4.Patient is conscious and able to communicate normally.

排除标准：

1.置入部位有放射治疗史、血栓史、外伤史；2.凝血功能异常

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of radiation therapy, thrombosis, or trauma at the implantation site; 2.Coagulation disorders
