研究目的：

主要目的 : 比较进展期白癜风、稳定期白癜风和健康对照组之间，慢性/急性应激生物标志物的基线水平以及皮肤HPA轴/黑素生成相关分子表达的差异。 次要目的 : 分析应激生物标志物与疾病活动性/严重程度（VIDA/VASI评分）及心理评分之间的相关性。探索上述生物标志物在6个月随访期间的变化动态  

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To compare baseline levels of chronic/acute stress biomarkers and cutaneous HPA/melanogenesis molecule expression among progressive vitiligo, stable vitiligo, and healthy control groups. Secondary objectives: To correlate stress biomarkers with disease activity/severity and psychological scores, and to explore biomarker dynamics over 6 months

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18–60岁。 2. 临床诊断为非节段性白癜风。 3. 进展期：VIDA得分≥+1;稳定期：VIDA评分=0，持续≥6个月。 4. 健康对照组：年龄/性别匹配，无自身免疫、内分泌或显著皮肤病。 5. 愿意提供书面知情同意并遵守研究程序。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18–60 years. 2.Clinical diagnosis of non-segmental vitiligo. 3.Progressive group: VIDA score ≥ +1; Stable group: VIDA score = 0 for ≥6 months. 4.Healthy controls: matched for age/sex, no autoimmune/endocrine/significant skin disease. 5.Willing to provide written informed consent and comply with study procedures.

排除标准：

1. 过去3个月内使用全身性皮质类固醇/免疫抑制剂。 2. 已知影响HPA轴的内分泌疾病。 3. 影响HPA轴的重大精神疾病或药物。 4. 过去三个月内染发/化学治疗。 5. 怀孕或哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Use of systemic corticosteroids/immunosuppressants in past 3 months. 2.Known endocrine disorders affecting HPA axis. 3.Major psychiatric disorders or medications affecting HPA axis. 4.Hair dyeing/chemical treatment in past 3 months. 5.Pregnancy or lactation.
