研究目的：

明确内脏脂肪是否为原发腹股沟嵌顿疝的独立危险因素。探讨内脏脂肪对腹股沟疝发生机制（如腹内压、腹壁强度）及术后预后（如 复发、并发症）的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of visceral fat on the pathogenesis of inguinal hernia (e.g., intra-abdominal pressure, abdominal wall strength) and postoperative outcomes (e.g., recurrence, complications).v

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断为腹股沟疝；
2.术前行CT检查；

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was diagnosed with inguinal hernia.
2.All patients underwent preoperative CT examination.

排除标准：

1.既往腹股沟区手术史；
2.腹部恶性肿瘤个人史；
3.肝衰竭伴腹水的患者；
4.肾衰竭需要腹部透析的患者；
5.资料严重缺失并无法补全患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of inguinal region surgery;
2.Personal history of abdominal malignancy;
3.Patients with liver failure complicated by ascites;
4.Patients with renal failure requiring peritoneal dialysis;
5.Patients with severely missing data that could not be supplemented;
6.Patients without preoperative imaging data;
