Objectives of Study：

To investigate the impact of weight loss on treatment efficacy among overweight/obese Chinese patients with plaque psoriasis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18周岁以上，性别不限；
2. 签署“知情同意书”；
3. 临床诊断为斑块型银屑病；
4. 体重指数为超重/肥胖；
5. 女性患者在研究期间内无生育或捐献卵子计划且自愿采取高效物理避孕措施。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age >=18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Signed the informed consent form; 3. Clinical diagnosis of plaque psoriasis. 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) categorized as overweight or obese. 5. For female patients: No plans for pregnancy or oocyte donation during the study period and voluntary use of highly effective physical contraception.

排除标准：

1.孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
2.研究者认为不适合参加本项研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or lactating women. 2. Individuals deemed by the investigator to be unsuitable for participation in this study.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用纸质CRF表进行数据收集、储存和交互。从电子病历系统采集患者信息，包括姓名缩写、性别、年龄、身高、体重、腹围、臀围、银屑病出现时间、既往史、家族史、目前应用药物、治疗反应、过敏史、皮损拍照、用胶带粘取银屑病皮损及正常皮肤表面、受累体表面积（Body Surface Area, BSA）、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数（Psoriasis Area and Severity Index，PASI）、银屑病静态临床医生整体评估（Physician’s Global Assessment, PGA）、皮肤病生活质量指数（Dermatology Life Quality Index, DLQI）等信息。所有采集的信息完成数据录入和核查后，按编号的顺序归档保存，以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果等，应分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损坏。所有原始档案应按相应规定内的期限保存。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study utilizes paper-based Case Report Forms (CRFs) for data collection, storage, and exchange. Patient information is extracted from the electronic medical record system, including initials, gender, age, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, time since psoriasis onset, past medical history, family history, current medications, treatment response, allergy history, photographs of skin lesions, tape strip samples from lesional and normal skin surfaces, involved Body Surface Area (BSA), Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI), Physician's Global Assessment (PGA), Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), and other relevant information. All collected information, after data entry and verification, is archived sequentially by identification number for future reference. Electronic data files, including databases, review programs, analysis programs, and analysis results, should be categorized and stored with multiple backups saved on different disks or recording media to ensure proper preservation and prevent damage. All original archives must be retained for the duration specified in the relevant regulations.
