研究目的:

1. 系统解析银屑病向银屑病关节炎转化的早期分子特征; 2. 阐明银屑病关节炎进展相关的关键免疫细胞亚群及分子调控网络; 3. 通过多队列比较明确银屑病关节炎的特异性致病机制; 4. 基于多组学结果筛选候选关键分子,并在细胞和动物模型中开展机制验证。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To systematically characterize the early molecular features associated with the transition from psoriasis to psoriatic arthritis. 2. To elucidate key immune cell subsets and molecular regulatory networks involved in the progression of psoriatic arthritis. 3. To identify disease-specific pathogenic mechanisms of psoriatic arthritis through comparative analyses across multiple cohorts. 4. To prioritize candidate key molecules based on multi-omics findings and to perform mechanistic validation using cellular and animal models.

纳入标准:

PsA 组:符合 CASPAR(Classification of Psoriatic ARthritis)分类标准。 PsO 组:符合中华医学会中国银屑病诊疗指南(2023 版)中所述的诊断标准,无满足 CASPAR 或风湿科确诊 PsA 的临床或影像学证据。 AS 组:符合国际脊柱关节炎协会分类标准(ASAS)关于 AS 的评估标准(影像阳性或 HLA-B27+ + 特征),且无银屑病病史。 RA 组:符合 2010 ACR/EULAR RA 分类标准,且无银屑病病史。 健康对照组(Health Control,HC):无银屑病、银屑病关节炎或其他系统性炎症性疾病史的人群。

Inclusion criteria

PsA Group: Meets the CASPAR (Classification of Psoriatic Arthritis) criteria. PsO Group: Meets the diagnostic criteria described in the Chinese Medical Association's Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Psoriasis in China (2023 Edition), with no clinical or imaging evidence satisfying CASPAR or rheumatologist-confirmed PsA. AS Group: Meets the assessment criteria for AS from the Assessment of SpondyloArthritis international Society (ASAS) (imaging positive or HLA-B27 characteristic), with no history of psoriasis. RA Group: Meets the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification criteria, with no history of psoriasis. Healthy Control Group (HC): Individuals with no history of psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, or other systemic inflammatory diseases.
