通过深度学习分析胰腺癌手术标本全视野数字病理切片(WSI)图像数据，建立胰腺癌组织分割模型；关联预后信息，建立胰腺癌患者术后预后预测模型；挖掘新的病理形态学标志物。期望助力胰腺癌术后精准临床决策与疾病管理，提升患者生存时间、改善患者生存质量。  

Objectives of Study：

The full-field digital pathological section (WSI) image data of pancreatic cancer surgical specimens were analyzed through deep learning to establish a pancreatic cancer tissue segmentation model. Correlate prognostic information and establish a postoperative prognostic prediction model for pancreatic cancer patients; Explore new pathological morphological markers. It is expected to assist in precise clinical decision-making and disease management after pancreatic cancer surgery, increase the survival time of patients and improve their quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 由北京协和医院两名以上高年资消化系统病理医生诊断为胰腺导管上皮来源的恶性肿瘤，即胰腺导管腺癌； 2. 可以获得福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（FFPE）的术后肿瘤组织的苏木素-伊红（H&E）染色 WSI； 3. 临床信息全面可靠，预后随访资料完整； 4. TCGA数据库中具有恶性肿瘤病理全切片图像(WSI)的胰腺导管腺癌患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed by two or more senior digestive system pathologists from Peking Union Medical College Hospital as a malignant tumor derived from the pancreatic ductal epithelium, namely pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma; 2. Hematoxylin-eosin (H&E) staining WSI of postoperative tumor tissues with formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) can be obtained; 3. The clinical information is comprehensive and reliable, and the prognosis follow-up data are complete; 4. Patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma who have full pathological section images (WSI) of malignant tumors in the TCGA database.

排除标准：

1. 接受术前新辅助治疗； 2. 合并其他恶性肿瘤； 3. 组织切片质量差或不完整； 4. 缺乏预后信息或临床病理信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receive neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 2. Combined with other malignant tumors; 3. Poor quality or incomplete tissue sections; 4. Lack of prognostic or clinicopathological information.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

回顾性收集2012年1月至2021年1月北京协和医院经病理学诊断为胰腺导管腺癌并接受根治性手术治疗的患者病理切片，重新编号患者，最大程度保护患者隐私。使用Hamamatsu Nano Zoomer S360切片扫描仪，以40X放大倍率进行切片数字化，存储于移动硬盘中。下载TCGA胰腺癌公共数据库中患者FFPE病理切片。回顾性收集上述患者对应的随访信息，使用电子信息系统记录随访信息。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Pathological sections of patients diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma by pathology in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from January 2012 to January 2021 and who underwent radical surgical treatment were retrospectively collected. The patients were renumbered to protect their privacy to the greatest extent. The slices were digitized at a magnification of 40X using the Hamamatsu Nano Zoomer S360 slice scanner and stored in a portable hard drive. Download the FFPE pathological sections of patients from the TCGA Pancreatic Cancer Public Database. The follow-up information corresponding to the above-mentioned patients was retrospectively collected, and the follow-up information was recorded using an electronic information system.
