研究目的：

减少食管癌术后吻合口瘘及返流的概率。  

Objectives of Study：

Reduce the probability of anastomotic leakage and reflux after esophageal surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合《中国早期食管癌筛查及内镜诊治专家共识意见》 诊断标准，且均经食 管内超声、病理活检确诊食管癌者； 2.均接受胸腹腔镜下食管癌根治术治疗； 3.病历资料均完整； 4.生存期限均≥6 个月。

Inclusion criteria

1.Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of the "Expert Consensus on Early Esophageal Cancer Screening and Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment in China", and have all been diagnosed with esophageal cancer by intraesophageal ultrasound and pathological biopsy; 2.All received thoracoscopic and laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer treatment; 3.All medical records are complete. The survival period was all >=6 months.

排除标准：

1.治疗期间出现严重不良事件者； 2.存在精神疾病者，如长期意识障碍、精神异常者； 3.存在严重消化道梗阻者； 4.存在癌细胞浸润、转移者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those who experienced serious adverse events during the treatment period;
2.Those with mental illnesses, such as those with long-term consciousness disorders or abnormal mental states;
3.Those with severe digestive tract obstruction;
4.Those with cancer cell infiltration and metastasis.
