研究目的：

评估肿瘤及瘤周多参数MRI影像组学对乳腺癌脉管浸润（LVI）的预测效能。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the predictive performance of multiparameter MRI radiomics based on both intratumoral and peritumoral regions for lymphovascular invasion (LVI) in breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.病理确诊为原发性浸润性乳腺癌； 2.术后组织病理学免疫组化检测准确评估LVI状态； 3.具备完整的临床、病理资料； 4.术前两周内接受过MRI检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. Pathologically confirmed as primary invasive breast cancer; 2. Postoperative histopathological immunohistochemical testing accurately assesses LVI status; 3. Complete clinical and pathological information available; 4. Underwent MRI examination within two weeks before surgery.

排除标准：

1.术前接受过新辅助化疗或放疗； 2.存在其他恶性肿瘤； 3.临床资料不完整； 4.影像质量不佳或序列不完整。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiotherapy before surgery; 2. Presence of other malignant tumors; 3. Incomplete clinical data; 4. Poor image quality or incomplete sequences.
