Objectives of Study：

Investigation of Intestinal Microbiome-Metabolome Profiles and Their Underlying Mechanisms in Stricturing Crohn's Disease

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为克罗恩病; 2.通过内镜、影像学诊断CD伴肠腔狭窄或者不伴有肠腔狭窄; 3.近三个内无抗生素、益生菌使用史.

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with Crohn's disease; 2. Diagnosed with CD through endoscopy or imaging, with or without intestinal lumen stricture; 3. No history of antibiotic or probiotic use in the past three months.

排除标准：

排除妊娠、自身免疫病、血液系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、慢性肝肾疾病以及合并严重心脑肺等疾病

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, autoimmune diseases, hematologic disorders, malignant tumors, chronic liver and kidney diseases, as well as severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, and pulmonary diseases.
