研究目的：

通过多中心，大样本的临床研究分析睾丸扭转患儿的临床数据，结合多项诊断指标及检查结果、血液学参数等，积累大样本资料库。通过制定儿童睾丸扭转规范化管理及干预体系，建立预测睾丸保留失败率的模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Analyze the clinical data of children with testicular torsion through a multi-center, large-sample clinical study, combining multiple diagnostic indicators and test results, hematological parameters, etc., to accumulate a large sample database. By developing a standardized management and intervention system for testicular torsion in children, a model for predicting the failure rate of testicular preservation is established.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.术前由专科医师进行病史采集及查体、超声医师进行超声检查； 2.手术确诊睾丸扭转； 3.术后随访6个月以上。

Inclusion criteria

1. Preoperative history taking and physical examination by a specialist and ultrasonography by a sonographer; 2. Surgical confirmation of the diagnosis of testicular torsion; 3. Postoperative follow-up for more than 6 months.

排除标准：

1.直系亲属拒绝接受手术治疗； 2.新生儿睾丸扭转； 3.术前接受手法复位治疗以及凝血功能异常； 4.患有器官功能障碍或恶性肿瘤的儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

1. refusal of surgical treatment by immediate family members; 2. neonatal testicular torsion; 3. preoperative treatment with manipulative repositioning and abnormal coagulation; 4. children with organ dysfunction or malignancy.
