研究目的：

评估不同真菌检测方法在血源性真菌感染的假阴性率及其可能原因,以及对抗菌治疗方案决策（包括启用、降级、升级或停止抗菌治疗）和患者28天全因死亡率及临床缓解的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the false negative rates of different fungal detection methods in bloodstream fungal infections and their possible causes, as well as their impact on antimicrobial treatment decision-making (including initiation, de-escalation, escalation, or discontinuation of antifungal therapy), 28-day all-cause mortality, and clinical resolution in patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.临床资料完整，血培养提示真菌感染。 2.血培养送检同期（+/-24小时）进行了相应的真菌性病原学检测（如G/GM试验、隐球菌抗原分析、mNGS等）。

Inclusion criteria

1. Complete clinical data are available, and blood culture indicates fungal infection. 2. Corresponding fungal etiological tests (such as G/GM test, cryptococcal antigen analysis, mNGS, etc.) were performed within the same period (+/-24 hours) as the blood culture submission.

排除标准：

1.病历资料严重缺失，无法评估临床指征、治疗方案或结局。

Exclusion criteria：

Medical records are severely incomplete, making it impossible to evaluate clinical indications, treatment regimens, or outcomes.
