研究目的：

评估不同类型的数字化印模在无牙颌种植固定修复中的精度，从而为无牙颌种植固定修复中数字化印模的选择和应用提供临床实践建议。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the accuracy of different types of digital impressions in implant-supported fixed prostheses for edentulous jaws, so as to provide clinical practice suggestions for the selection and application of digital impressions in implant-supported fixed prostheses for edentulous jaws.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 18-80 岁，性别不限；
2.通过查阅受试者的主要诊断及治疗计划，确认其存在上颌及/或下颌牙 列缺失，并拟行种植体支持的固定修复治疗；
3.通过查阅受试者既往病历资料，确认其上颌骨及/或下颌骨分别已植入 6-8 枚和 4-6 枚骨水平种植体。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age: 18-80 years old, gender is not restricted.
2.By reviewing the subject's main diagnosis and treatment plan, it was confirmed that the subject had maxillary and/or mandibular edentulism and was planned to undergo implant-supported fixed prosthetic treatment.
3.By reviewing the subject's previous medical records, it was confirmed that 6-8 and 4-6 bone-level implants had been implanted in the maxilla and/or mandible respectively.

排除标准：

1.无民事行为能力或限制民事行为能力者，包括存在严重精神障碍、智力 障碍或其他影响其独立知情同意能力的情况者；
2.孕妇或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Persons without or with limited capacity for civil conduct, including those with serious mental disorders, intellectual disabilities or other conditions that affect their ability to give independent informed consent；
2.Pregnant women or lactating women.

将间接法数字化印模转化的替代体的 STL 文件导入测量分析软件（Geomagic Control X；3D systems）中作为参考数据，再将另外三组分别依次导入软件作为测试数据，使用初始对齐——最佳拟合对齐分别配准参考数据和另外3组的数据，使用3D比较分析选取基台肩台部分输出均方根误差（RMS）作为各组的三维偏差值，将 RMS 作为主要测量指标以评估不同扫描技术的精度。

本试验设有病例报告表，病例报告表内容与试验方案一致。临床采集数据将及时、真实准确、完整的记录在病例报告表内。数据录入时，采用纸质记录表格与电子记录表格双录入的形式。当所有病例报告表经双份输入并核对无误后，按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。电子数据（各类型数字化扫描）由罗梓欣拷贝后，保存在专门的电脑中，设置文件夹密码，将数据按编号的顺序归档保存，并填有检索目录等，以备查考。 主要研究者对数据的真实、完整、准确性负责。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This trial has a case report form, and the content of the case report form is consistent with the trial protocol. Clinical data collected will be recorded in the case report form in a timely, true, accurate and complete manner. When entering data, a dual - entry form of paper record forms and electronic record forms is adopted. After all case report forms are entered in duplicate and checked for accuracy, they will be filed and stored in the order of their numbers, and a retrieval catalog will be filled out for future reference. After Luo Zixin copies the electronic data (all types of digital scans), they will be stored in a dedicated computer.
