研究目的：

通过全外显子组测序（WES）系统筛查佛山地区不孕不育夫妇的致病突变，为临床提供精准分子病因。建立首个“佛山地区不孕不育致病基因突变谱”，阐明佛山人群高频突变及新候选基因，创建可扩展的本地化数据库，整合基因变异、临床表型及辅助生殖结局，为后续遗传咨询、个体化助孕和胚胎植入前遗传学检测提供循证依据。通过病因明确减少重复促排、无效 ICSI/IVF 周期，预计节约本地医保及患者支出，提升区域生殖健康服务水平。  

Objectives of Study：

Through whole-exome sequencing (WES), pathogenic mutations in infertile couples in the Foshan area are systematically screened to provide accurate molecular causes for clinical practice. The first "Pathogenic Gene Mutation Spectrum of Infertility in the Foshan Area" is established, clarifying high-frequency mutations and new candidate genes in the Foshan population, creating an expandable localized database that integrates genetic variations, clinical phenotypes, and assisted reproductive outcomes, providing evidence-based support for subsequent genetic counseling, individualized fertility treatment, and preimplantation genetic testing. By clarifying the etiology, repeated ovulation stimulation and ineffective ICSI/IVF cycles can be reduced, expectedly saving local medical insurance and patient expenses, and improving regional reproductive health services.

纳入标准：

1.同居 ≥1年、规律性生活未避孕未孕；

Inclusion criteria

1.Having cohabited for at least 1 year, having regular sexual intercourse without contraception and not getting pregnant.

排除标准：

1. 女方年龄 > 40 岁； 2. 子宫内膜异位症 III-IV 期； 3. 男方梗阻性无精子症或已知的 Y 染色体微缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Female age > 40 years; 2. Endometriosis stage III-IV; 3. Male with obstructive azoospermia or known Y chromosome microdeletion.
