研究目的：

此研究旨在探索一类新型的FAPI正电子显像药物对纤维化性间质性肺疾病的病情评估的临床应用价值、及治疗监测提供一种更为敏感的方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to explore the clinical application value of a new class of FAPI positron imaging drugs for disease assessment of fibrotic interstitial lung disease and to provide a more sensitive method for treatment monitoring.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.确诊为纤维化性间质性肺病 2.无严重肝肾功能不全者. 3.经伦理委员会批准，获得患者知情同意书。 4.近3个月无生育要求 5.一定数量健康志愿者

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosed with fibrosing interstitial lung disease 2.Those without severe liver and kidney dysfunction. 3. Obtain informed consent from the patient after approval by the ethics committee. 4.No childbearing requirements in the past 3 months 5.A certain number of healthy volunteers

排除标准：

1.患者身体状况不能耐受检查。 2.除ILD外，肺内有占位性病变等其他病变患者 3.依从性较差者 4.精神疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.The patient’s physical condition cannot tolerate the examination. 2.In addition to ILD, patients with other lesions such as space-occupying lesions in the lungs 3.Those with poor compliance 4.Mental illness
