研究目的：

1.验证口腔颌面外科手术患者术后恶心呕吐与性别、麻醉、手术等临床因素的相关性。 2.探索患者TACR1基因特殊SNP位点与患者PONV的相关性，以及特异性位点SNP对PONV的预测效应。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Validate the correlation between postoperative nausea and vomiting in oral and maxillofacial surgery patients and clinical factors such as gender, anesthesia, and surgery. 2.Investigate the association between specific SNP sites in the TACR1 gene and postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients, as well as the predictive effect of specific SNP sites on postoperative nausea and vomiting.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄范围在18～70周岁；
2.ASA分级I～Ⅱ级；
3.住院至少24小时以上的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Participants aged 18–70 years;
2.ASA physical status I or II;
3.Patients hospitalized for more than 24 hours;

排除标准：

1.术前24小时内发生过恶心呕吐或使用过止吐药物的患者；
2.妊娠及哺乳期；
3.心律失常；
4.慢性疼痛；
5.智力低下或精神疾病史的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who experienced nausea and vomiting or used antiemetic medications within 24 hours prior to surgery;
2.Pregnant or lactating women;
3.Cardiac arrhythmia;
4.Chronic pain;
5.Patients with a history of intellectual disability or psychiatric disorders;
