研究目的：

1. 主要目的：从肠道微生态失衡的角度，解释重度吸烟者戒烟后心血管风险依然居高不下的原因，筛选并验证预测风险的关键血浆蛋白标志物。 2. 次要目的：评估微生态干预对改善戒烟效果及降低心血管风险的有效性  

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary objective: To explain why heavy smokers remain at high cardiovascular risk after smoking cessation from the perspective of intestinal microecological imbalance, and to screen and validate key plasma protein markers for predicting risk. 2. Secondary Objective: To assess the effectiveness of microecological interventions in improving smoking cessation and reducing cardiovascular risk

纳入标准：

心血管高危风险（满足以下至少1项）： 1.确诊冠心病（陈旧性心肌梗死、稳定型心绞痛、支架/搭桥术后>6个月） 2.高血压(收缩压>=140 mmHg或舒张压>=90 mmHg) 3.血脂异常(LDL-C>=3.4 mmol/L或总胆固醇>=5.2 mmol/L) 4.糖尿病或糖耐量异常(空腹血糖>=6.1 mmol/L) 5.肥胖(BMI>=28 kg/m^2)或腹型肥胖(男性腰围>=90cm,女性>=85cm) 6.心血管疾病家族史(一级亲属中有早发心血管疾病史) 健康对照组除外，健康组需无上述高危因素。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria High cardiovascular risk (at least 1 of the following): 1.Confirmed coronary heart disease (old myocardial infarction, stable angina, >6 months after stent/bypass) 2.Hypertension (systolic >=140 mmHg or diastolic ≥90 mmHg) 3. Dyslipidemia (LDL-C>=3.4 mmol/L or 1) 3) Total Cholesterol, Chol >=5.2 mmol/L) 4.Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance (fasting Serum Glucose, GLU >=6.1 mmol/L) 5.Obesity (BMI >=28 kg/m^2) or abdominal obesity (waist circumference >=90c1) in men, >=85cm in women) 6.Family history of Cardiac (history of premature onset of Cardiac in first-degree relatives) Except for the health control arm, the health group needs to have no above-mentioned high-risk factors.

排除标准：

1. 已确诊严重心血管疾病: 急性心肌梗死、不稳定型心绞痛、严重心力衰竭(NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ级）； 2.严重肝肾功能不全： ALT或AST>正常上限3倍，肌酐清除率<30 mL/min； 3.恶性肿瘤； 4.急慢性感染； 5.自身免疫性疾病近 6.近3个月使用影响炎症的药物； 7.妊娠或哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1.confirmed severe cardiac: acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina, severe heart failure (NYHA class III-IV); 2.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency: ALT or AST >3 times the upper limit of normal, Creatinine, Cr clearance <30 mL/min; 3.malignant tumors; 4.acute and chronic infections; 5. Autoimmune diseases near 6.use of drugs affecting inflammation in the last 3 months; 7.Pregnant or lactating women.
