研究目的：

以病理结果作为金标准，分别比较18F-PSMA-1007 PET检查真阳性与假阳性病灶、真阳性与假阴性病灶的临床、病理和实验室检查结果的差异，筛选影响18F-PSMA-1007 PET成像的因素  

Objectives of Study：

Taking the pathological results as the gold standard, we compared the differences in clinical, pathological and laboratory examination results between true positive and false positive lesions, as well as between true positive and false negative lesions detected by 18F-PSMA-1007 PET. We also screened out the factors influencing the imaging results of 18F-PSMA-1007 PET.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.明确为前列腺癌患者，于我院行前列腺癌根治术； 2.患者术前一周内行18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT或PET/MR检查。

Inclusion criteria

1. The patient was diagnosed with prostate cancer and underwent radical prostatectomy at our hospital. 2.The patient underwent 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT or PET/MR examination within one week before the operation.

排除标准：

1.患者缺少18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT或PET/MR检查，或图像质量不能满足分析； 2.患者未于我院行前列腺癌根治术治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient did not undergo 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT or PET/MR examination, or the image quality was not satisfactory for analysis; 2.The patient did not receive radical prostatectomy treatment at our hospital.
